1. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

a. Subject Matter Insured: Legal liability of Insured.

b. Scope Of Cover

All sums which the Insured becomes legally liable to pay as compensation in respect of:

• Accidental bodily injury to or illness of any person (death, injury or illness)

• accidental loss of or damage to property

All costs and expenses of litigation:

• recovered by any claimant against the Insured

• Incurred with the written consent of FUBON in respect of any claim against the Insured for compensation to which the indemnity expressed in this Policy applies

2. PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE
