Benefits
A. Benefit 1: Death, permanent disability
- In case the Insured’s death/ total permanent disability due to accident encompassed in the coverage, FUBON shall pay the full sum insured.
- In case the Insured’s permanent partial disability due to accident encompassed in the coverage, FUBON shall pay the sum insured according to the Disability Compensation Rate Table.
B. Benefit 2: Medical expenses
- Surgery expenses
- Medicine expenses
- Treatment or use of medical equipment
- Medical expenses, cost for nurse, room rent
- Ambulance
The sum insured are paid up based on the actual cost up to the liability limit of Medical expenses.

Description
A. Subject Matter Insured
The Vietnamese or foreign citizens are residing within the territory of Vietnam and aged from 1 year old (12 months old) to 65 years old.
The Company shall not accept to cover for following cases:
• Person who suffers from mental illness, leprosy.
• Person who is permanently disabled from 50% upward.
• Person who is under a treatment of any illness or injury.
B. Scope Of Cover
• Death & permanent disablement due to illness.
• Death & permanent disablement due to accident.
• The medical reimbursement due to accident.

- Burial Allowance (Incur additional charges)
